your mission

As a Trainer for Cosmetics, you use your rhetorical and didactic skills to convey knowledge about our brand, products, and technologies to our B2B customers and partner cosmetology schools – through in-person seminars, on-site training sessions, video clips, online courses, and at trade fairs.
You work closely with the content development team and play a key role in the creation and continuous updating of training materials, including digital media.
You contribute to the development of target group-oriented seminar designs on various topics and prepare them with professionalism and attention to detail.
With your brand expertise and the customer feedback gained from your training sessions, you develop new ideas and concepts for further education.
In addition, you support other departments – such as Marketing and Sales – with technical and professional inquiries related to REVIDERM products, treatments, and devices.

what we're looking for

You have successfully completed a cosmetology education and bring with you a genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics, and technology.
You possess excellent English and Dutch language skills – knowledge of German, Luxembourgish, or French is a plus.
You have strong training skills and initial experience in conducting seminars or workshops, and you love sharing your knowledge with others.
You have a natural talent for inspiring people and a true enthusiasm for cosmetic products and modern skincare technologies.
You present yourself confidently, communicate clearly and structured, both with your participants and your colleagues.
